THEY HAVE TAKEN A VOW OF POVERTY...
Will YOU be the one to help them get to World Youth Day?
Will you join with other Catholic benefactors to send four nuns from The mission of SPORCH is to preserve Roman Catholic traditions of art and artifacts, and the mission of Juventutem is to sanctify youth through traditional Catholic means. Because our missions dovetail so beautifully, we have decided to work together to bring as many young priests, nuns, and brothers to World Youth Day 2008 as possible, in order that they can bring their enthusiasm, devotion and love of Roman Catholic Tradition to other Catholics there.
the Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Church to World Youth Day 2008?
They want to bring their enthusiasm, devotion and love of Roman Catholic Tradition to other Catholics there, and speak of their experiences in their vocations to hundreds of thousands of youth coming to the Vocations Expo in Sydney. Their presence will stand as proof that the religious life is still an option in the modern world for young people.
We have four sisters who want to join our project...but we cannot bring them without your help and money.

World Youth Day attracts a large number of very devout young Catholics, many of whom are considering religious vocations. According to the USCCB's 2006 report on vocations to the priesthood, “More than a third of the responding ordinands have participated in World Youth Day."
Recognizing the importance of World Youth Day for inspiring vocations in the Catholic Church, SPORCH (Society for the Preservation of Roman Catholic Heritage) and Juventutem USA have partnered in a project designed to encourage and educate Catholic youth on religious vocations and the Church's liturgical and artistic heritage.
Juventutem USA and SPORCH thank you for your generosity and ask for your prayers! For every donation $100 and over, you will receive a free gift from SPORCH!

These reproductions are taken from two original, commissioned oil paintings, and cannot be found anywhere else.
The paintings are back-to-back on a 5x7" wooden plaque, which comes with a stand for easy display.
